Just watching the Masterchef Australia 2010 Final and the last challenge is to make a dessert created by Peter Gilmore of Quay, a Guava Snow Egg. I am quite excited about this, as I had the pleasure of eating this beautiful, complex and stunning dessert. Now I get to see how it’s actually made!
